Deadline for proposals, participant forms, and abstracts to be received by Program Unit Chairs.
April 1, 2008
Notification of acceptance (or not) of proposals by Program Unit Chairs. All program participants must renew/establish 2008 AAR memberships in order to participate on the program.
April 1, 2008
Program Unit Chairs submit session request information (Program Planner copy, abstracts, participant forms) to AAR executive office online.
April 15, 2008
Annual Meeting and hotel registration forms available online.
April 21, 2008
Registration and housing opens.
May 1, 2008
Deadline for submission of Additional Meeting request forms. Forms are available online starting in March.
June 1, 2008
Annual Meeting Program Planner mailed to all AAR members.
June 15, 2008
Deadline for participants to renew their AAR membership and be pre-registered for the meeting. Names of participants who are not current members or registered will be removed from the Program.
July, 2008
Annual Meeting Program goes online.
November 1-3, 2008
