What is the AAR's refund policy? |

|

|
| | If we make an error that results in the need for a refund, we will process it in full as quickly as possible.
If a member or customer of the AAR submits payment and then requests a refund (for reasons other than an error on our part), we will try to accommodate the refund request in the context of the specific circumstances – but in all such cases we will withhold a 20% processing fee from the amount of the refund. | |

| | The answer to this question falls in different arenas:
- Permission: You must understand that with few exceptions (noted below) the AAR retains the copyright and absolute permission with regard to graphic files that appear on our website, or that we may provide in another fashion (such as by e-mail attachment), and we will not relinquish this control under any circumstances. Exceptions include files appearing in the Syllabus Project, for which the copyright is held or licensed by the syllabus author.
- Contact Person: Requests for the AAR logo and other graphics should be directed to Stephanie Gray at 404-727-3059 or sgray@aarweb.org.
- Technical Requirements: Please see the question, "How do I explain what I need in a graphic file?" in the Technical Frequently Asked Questions for details.

| | We make every effort to explicitly state information where it may be ambiguous, and appreciate it being brought to our attention if we have failed to do so. That said:
- Time Zone: The AAR Executive Offices are in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (GMT-5). Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time) begins at 2:00 AM (2:00 AM EST followed by 3:01 AM EDT) on the first Sunday of April, and ends at 2:00 AM (2:00 AM EDT followed by 1:01 AM EST) on the last Sunday of October. Our local time and office hours can be checked on the Contact Information pages.
- Currency: Unless otherwise noted, or unless the payment relates to activities in another country, currencies are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Country Code: The AAR is in the North American Number Plan, so our country code for international telephone dialing is 1; our local area code is 404.
